Panchakarma - The Classical Path to Balance

A structured five-action cleanse for deep detoxification and lasting dosha balance, delivered at your home.

History of Panchakarma

Panchakarma’s roots trace back thousands of years to classical Ayurvedic texts such as the Charaka Samhita and Sushruta Samhita, where it was documented as a structured method for clearing accumulated toxins from the body. Ancient physicians observed that seasonal shifts and lifestyle habits disturbed the body’s doshas, and developed this five-step system to restore balance before disease could take hold. Passed down through generations of Vaidyas, the practice combined herbal medicine, therapeutic oils, and supervised elimination techniques – principles that still guide how we treat every client today

The Cleansing Journey - Three Stages

1. Purvakarma - Preparation

The body is gently prepared through Snehana (internal ghee/oil intake and external oil massage) and Swedana (herbal steam), which soften tissues and encourage toxins to move toward the gut for removal.

2. Pradhanakarma - The Main Cleanse

The core five procedures – therapeutic emesis, purgation, medicated enema, nasal administration, and blood purification – are applied selectively based on which dosha is out of balance.

3. Paschatkarma - Rejuvenation

A carefully staged diet and lifestyle plan rebuilds digestive fire (agni) and helps the body integrate the cleanse, so results are sustained rather than temporary.
